During our week of self-care, brought to you by Capella University and Moxie Scrubs, we hope you take a moment (or more) to pause and consider what you need for yourself and your well-being. Our activities this week will help provide ideas, tips and inspiration to fine-tune or jump start a plan that focuses on the emotional and physical well-being of yourself and others through engagement of healthy activities that focus on both your body and mind.

Celebrating it’s 5th year, ANA’s Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation (HNHN) is back with a full week of inspirational nurse spotlights and wellness tips that focus on activity, rest, nutrition, quality of life, safety, and new this year, mental health. Begin your week feeling excited and empowered!

Nurses Obesity Network. Body and Mind Inspired. Nurses inspiring the nation through obesity care.

Launched this year, the Nurses Obesity Network was created to empower nurses and their patients with tools and resources to improve our health and wellbeing. Access the Network’s site for extensive resources and different approaches to weight management and treatment.

Nurse Suicide Prevention/Resilience

The Nurse Suicide Prevention & Resilience resource site exists to provide resources for nurses who are contemplating suicide, concerned about colleagues who appear to be at risk of suicide, and for those with coworkers who have or who themselves have survived a suicide attempt. Learn more about what resources may be available for you.
